Monday Through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

MCCP provides:

• Early intervention assessments and crisis support planning.
• Technical assistance and training to families, day programs, residential programs and care providers serving people with developmental disabilities.
• Caregiver and provider training programs relating to the utilization of sound behavioral principals.
• A 24-hour cell phone number. (612-202-6311)

• Community Support Services (CSS)

• Longer term assessment and support services provided by private agencies and individuals.

• Longer term behavioral support provided by the state agencies.

• Ancillary supports such as transitional housing and temporary augmentation of staff.
